The plant has a production capacity to pack 20 million trays per year with an expansion capacity to pack 100 million trays during the same period. Each batch produced is labeled with the necessary information in order to be traced.
The location of the processing and production plant, taking into account Guatemala’s strategic geographical position, allows us to be in the center of the world, creating optimal conditions to export products to any market from either the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean.

High pressure processing is a natural process that is environmentally friendly and preserves to its best the ingredients and the natural conditions of the fresh product.
This method represents a healthier alternative than other traditional treatments, such as thermal or chemical processes.
The highest standards of safety are met at the production plant and it has been certified as SQF₂. There are also three control laboratories: a microbiological, a quality control and an organoleptic testing.
