The plant has a production capacity to pack 20 million trays per year with an expansion capacity to pack 100 million trays during the same period. Each batch produced is labeled with the necessary information in order to be traced.

The highest standards of safety are met at the production plant and it has been certified as SQF₂. There are also three control laboratories: a microbiological, a quality control and an organoleptic testing.
